Why We Built This Site
Finding a court record is often less about a broad internet search than about choosing the right custodian. In Bladen County, the Bladen County Clerk of Superior Court keeps trial-court records, dockets, files, and indexes, while the statewide Portal provides a public search route for eligible current records. Court dates use a related but distinct calendar path. The material here connects those official functions without presenting a private page as the record itself.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket paths: explanations of criminal dockets, civil dockets, and the court levels that handle them.
- Hearing checks: a route to the Bladen court calendar and its Portal companion search.
- Case searches: help using a case search by number or party criteria.
- Record requests: information about court records, ordinary copies, and clerk-issued certified copies.
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference resource. It is not connected with the North Carolina Judicial Branch, the Bladen County Clerk of Superior Court, or another government office. It cannot retrieve an official file, change a setting, reset a hearing, remove or seal a case, issue a certified copy, or provide advice about a particular matter.
Only the court or clerk that maintains a Bladen County case can confirm its current docket and supply an official or certified court document.
Search Partners
Some docket pages carry search boxes from outside providers. Their services, prices, and privacy practices are their own. A paid referral may produce revenue that supports this resource, but it does not alter the separate official routes to Portal, the clerk, or the court calendar.
